We had a wonderful year in 2013 and want to share some of the highlights of the year!
In January… we hired a new event manager, Kelly Matteson, who is my right hand. She is very on task, friendly and loves her job.
In February- April we helped you celebrate many birthdays and made a record number of cupcakes in a single day. My personal favorites were the 80-year-old clients who were so grateful to see our young energetic staff arrive on time with smiling faces.
In May…. we celebrated our 5th year in business of catering to your events and providing excellent service with our wait staff.
In June- September we did a record number of weddings, met many wonderful brides and grooms and enjoyed all the festivities of celebrating marriage upfront and personal style. We expanded the number of wedding venues and private estates we catered at this year by almost double!
In October- November we bought new equipment to accommodate larger events and in particular new cambro boxes to serve the entrees as fresh and hot as possible.
In December we helped you celebrate the holiday season with many large and private lunch and dinner events and said Merry Christmas more times than Santa at the Mall!
Our top selling dishes for the year were:
Appetizer: Meatball Sliders with Provolone and Marinara
Salad: Asian Pear Salad with Caramelized Almonds, Feta, Craisins and Mixed Greens with our signature balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner: Creamy Champagne Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Mushrooms over Linguine
Dessert: Molten Coffee Brownies with a Pumped Frosting
Now we want to say Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you all and helping you celebrate that special occasion with your friends and loved ones.
