We were delighted to be a part of Jessica and Jimmy’s special wedding day at the beautiful Secluded Gardens Estate in Temecula. Their theme was modeled after their favorite movie “Up”, which was prominently displayed complete with balloons over houses and the works. It was also an All-Vegan menu, which was fun for us to create and deliver. The Bride and Groom wanted their preferred diet choices to be reflected in the buffet-style dinner at dusk. Our attentive servers served up crudite cups with veggies sticks and lemon garlic basil hummus, roasted veggie kabobs, stuffed portobello mushrooms and a beautiful Vegan Burrito Bar with black beans, brown rice, veggies, avocados and mangoes.
