Mid-Summer Barbecue-4th of July!

    Anne Taylor Catering did a back-yard barbecue at a gorgeous house which overlooks

the local fireworks show in Temecula this past July 4th. We supplied the goodies including:

Grilled Herbed Tri-tip with a red wine mushroom reduction

Grilled Balsamic Chicken

Roasted Red Skin Potatoes with Rosemary and Parmesan

Chef’s Veggies with Squash, Broccoli and Carrots Tossed with Balsamic and Sauteed

Summer Strawberry Salad

Fresh Mediterranean Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

and for dessert we had Trifle shortcake with strawberries, blueberries

and whipping cream.

   It was a great time for family and friends to gather together and celebrate this holiday together with wonderful food and fellowship. Anne Taylor Catering offers healthy catering options so you can feel good in your summer attire! We also supplied a friendly event bartender for wine and beer.
